Requests opened from a desktop app keep the existing app and machineId query parameters, automatically reveal this section and populate the same Machine ID field.

Request a beta licence extension.

Every installed app starts with a 30-day trial. Beta feedback is required with every extension request so we can improve the apps before commercial release.

  1. 1. Open Licence & Device ID from the desktop app sidebar.
  2. 2. Select Copy machine ID, then paste it here.
  3. 3. Requests opened from the app are filled in automatically; confirm the ID before submitting.

This feedback is recorded in the admin panel with your extension request.

Apply with your Gmail address and install the Play-protected test release from Google Play. The mobile app will remain free after beta.

Signed Windows apps from Microsoft Store

Selecting a Windows app directs you to Microsoft Store, where Microsoft provides the signed installer and manages future app updates. Your Track & Move trial starts inside the app on first launch; licence subscriptions remain managed separately by Track & Move.
